The family practice clinics of SuperiorHealth Center provide complete, personal, family medical care. Every member of our experienced and caring staff is committed to meeting your health care needs by developing a personal care plan with all our patients. Personal care plans are created to address the unique health care needs and goals of each patient we serve. The care plan is administered by a personal Care Team. Specific to each patient, the Care Team is determined by the current and future health care needs of the patient. Care Team members can include doctors, nurses, physical therapists, mental health professionals, pharmacists, and other specialist fields as necessary.
Our health care professionals will help you take charge of your health. We will work with you to maintain your ideal health goals, and prevent problems before they occur. Services include adult medicine, routine obstetrics and gynecology, newborns and pediatrics, adolescent health, geriatric medicine, office surgery, preventive medicine, sports medicine, occupational health and workers’ compensation. The clinics also offer on-site lab and X-ray services, and the Piedmont location includes a full-service pharmacy and chiropractic care. The foundation of SuperiorHealth
Center began in Two Harbors in 1944. Three physicians then founded the Piedmont
clinic in 1977 and expanded clinic services to Proctor
in about 1986.
The Piedmont clinic was enlarged and renovated in
1996; new clinic buildings opened in 2001 in Proctor and Two
Harbors.
