Are your clinics accepting new patients?

Yes, we are. New patients are welcome at all of our clinics.
We participate with several health maintenance organizations,
preferred provider organizations and most commercial insurance
plans. Contact the clinic directly for information on the
availability of specific physicians and nurse practitioners. 2.
Are your pharmacies open to the public?

Yes, they are! You dont have to be a clinic patient
to use our pharmacies. We provide complete prescription services
and over-the-counter medications. Well work with you
to coordinate your health plans prescription coverage.

What is meant by "Health Care Centered Around You"?

Every member of our experienced and caring staff is committed to meeting your health care needs by developing a personal care plan with you. Personal care plans are created to address the unique health care needs and goals of each patient we serve. The care plan is administered by a personal Care Team.
Specific to each patient, the Care Team is determined by the current and future health care needs of the patient. Care Team members can include doctors, nurses, physical therapists, mental health professionals, pharmacists, and other specialist fields as necessary.
Our health care professionals will help you take charge of your health. We will work with you to maintain your ideal health goals, and prevent problems before they occur. 4.
Are you part of a larger health system?

Because SuperiorHealth Center is independently owned,
our physicians can refer you to a broad range of specialists
in the regions various health care systems. Well
